摘要
目的:对中药黄连(Coptis chinensis Franch.)的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法:利用各种色谱手段对黄连中的化学成分进行分离,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从黄连中分离得到3个化合物。结论:化合物分别是berberine(1),coptisin(2),palmatine(3)。
Objective： To study chemical constituents derived from Rhizoma Coptidis. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated by means of chromatography, and identified by physicochemical characters and spectral data. Results： Three chemical constituents were isolated from Rhizoma Coptidis. Conclusion： The compounds were identified as berberine （ 1 ）, coptisin （2）, palmatine （ 3 ）.
