摘要
高分辨率熔解曲线分析(High Resolution Melting,HRM)是近几年来在国际上刚兴起的单核苷酸多态性及突变研究工具.这种检测方法因其高通量、低成本、结果准确、不受检测位点的局限,并且实现了真正的闭管操作而受到普遍的关注.对HRM技术的原理和在分子诊断上的应用进行了阐述,并对最新研究进展作一综述.
High resolution melting(HRM) curve analysis is a fast and post-PCR high-throughput method for scanning the sequence variations in a target gene. HRM has several advantages over other genotyping and scanning methods, including an inexpensive closed tube format that is homogenous, accurate and rapid. The principle and application of HRM in molecular diagnosis as well as the research progress on HRM are demonstrated.
