摘要
环境横向风的存在是影响空冷岛运行特性的主要因素之一。利用数值模拟方法,以2×300MW直接空冷机组空冷系统为研究对象,分析了环境风速分别为3m/s和10m/s时,不同来流风向对空冷岛运行特性的影响。结果表明:不同环境风向条件对空冷岛的影响差别很大,炉后来风最为恶劣,此时空冷岛迎面风速最小,凝汽器冷却空气温度最高,回流率最大。并且环境风速越大,对空冷岛运行特性的影响越大。
The existence of ambient cross wind is one of the main factors which affect the operation performance of the direct air-cooled system. Based on 2 × 300MW direct air-cooled units, the operation performance of the direct air-cooled system at natural wind speeds of 3m/s and 10m/s and in different wind directions are analyzed with numerical simulations. Results show that the operation performance of the direct air-cooled system is remarkably influenced by the natural wind directions. The wind blowing from the boiler house to the air-cooled system is the most unfavorable, in which the windward air has the smallest velocity, the cooling air has the highest temperature and the hot air recirculation flow has the biggest ratio. The higher the speed of the natural wind, the larger the effect on operation performance of the air-cooled system.
