摘要 根据电池组在电动汽车上的使用要求,设计出基于RS485总线的分布式电池管理装置,其由若干测试模块和一台监测和显示模块组成。每节电池配备一台测试模块,测试单元内置自带模数转换的单片机,解决了电池单体电压和温度的实时精确采集问题,采用分段插值法预测单体电池的剩余电量,为分析电池状况提供依据。在电池充电时实施PWM分流法,监测和显示模块分析各节电池状况,通过测试模块内部的PWM分流电路,实现单节电池的均衡充电,克服电池间的不一致性。 According to the application requirement of battery bank used in electric vehicle, a distributed battery management device based on RS485 bus is designed. The device is composed of measuring modules for each battery, a monitor, and display module. The measuring module contains a single chip microcomputer with AD, realizes precision measurement to voltage and temperature of each battery. The method of subsection insert value is adopted to forecast the spare capability of each battery, thus the status of batteries can be estimated. When battery bank is charged, PWM distributing method is carried out. The monitor and the display module analyze the status of each battery, PWM distributing circuit in measuring module realizes the equalization charge for single battery. So the disequilibrium among batteries can be overcome.
