摘要
通过金相观察、维氏硬度测试、X射线衍射仪分析,研究了Ti含量、冷加工变形、时效时间和温度对00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu马氏体时效不锈钢组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,合金中每增加1%Ti含量,硬度值平均增加ΔHV为115,固溶强化、冷加工强化和时效析出强化是合金强化的主要原因,其中时效强化对硬度提高的贡献最大,低Ti合金450℃为最佳时效温度,中高Ti合金475℃为最佳时效温度。但是,过高的Ti含量会引起合金固溶处理后的残余奥氏体和高温δ铁素体数量增多。
The effects of Ti content, cold working and aging on microstructure and hardness of 00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu maraging stainless steel were studied by means of optical microscopy, hardness testing, X-ray diffraction. The results show that hardness of the alloys increases by 115HV with the increase of Ti content by 1wt% . Solution strengthening, cold working strengthening and ageing strengthening are the major causes of the increase in hardness, among which the ageing strengthening contributes the most to hardness. The optimum ageing temperature for the alloys with lower Ti content( ≤ 1.0wt% Ti) and higher Ti content (1.0- 1.5wt% Ti)is 475℃ and 450℃, respectively. However, the amount of residual austenite and δ ferrite increases with increasing Ti content after solution treatment in the alloys.
