分析了图书馆知识转移的过程,讨论了图书馆知识转移中的成本组成,提出图书馆知识转移中成本控制的几点措施。
This paper analyzes the process of library＇s knowledge transfer, discusses the composition of the cost in library＇ s knowledge transfer, and puts forward several measures for the cost control in library＇ s knowledge transfer.
