概述了计算机在人事档案管理中的作用,提出了医院人事档案数据库的搭建和维护措施,指出运用计算机科学地管理人事档案,可有效提高医院人事管理工作的质量和效率,促进人事档案管理工作向科学化、系统化和规范化方向发展。
This paper expounds the functions of computer in the management of personal records, puts forward some measures for establishing and maintaining the database of hospital＇s personal records, and points out that the scientific management of personal records by using computer can improve effectively the quality and efficiency of hospital＇s personal records management, and can promote the scientification, systematization and normalization of the management of personal records.
