摘要
目前,非公有制企业党建工作存在着党组织工作难平衡、党组织影响难扩大、党组织局面难打开、党组织作用难发挥等问题,加强非公有制企业党建工作的对策有:以队伍建设为突破,切实增强党组织的带动力;以阵地建设为抓手,切实增强党组织的凝聚力;以规范建设为重点,切实增强党组织的战斗力;以服务群众为基点,切实增强党组织的影响力;以服务企业为中心,切实增强党组织的号召力。
In non-public enterprises, the current problems in building the Party include the difficulties in balancing the jobs within the Party organization, extending the influence of the Party organizations, making a breakthrough in the Party organizations and playing the role of the Parry organization, etc. The countermeasures to strengthen the Party building in non-public enterprises are： ①to strengthen the driving force of the Party organization while taking the team development as a breakthrough; ②to increase the Party＇s cohesion while taking the position building as a starting point; ③to reinforce the tactical efficiency of the Party based on the standardized construction as the focal point; ④to enhance the influence of the Party organizations by focusing on the service to the public; and ⑤to heighten the appeal of the Party organizations while serving the enterprises as its core.
