摘要
教育实践是师范生职前教育的重要环节。目前高师小学教育专业教育实践普遍存在下列问题:高师教师缺少对准教师的指导;高师尚未形成"见习、研习、实习"全程性、一体化的教育实践体系;社会对师范生职前实践的支持体系极为薄弱;准教师放松了对自己的教师技能方面的要求。高师应学习、借鉴国内外提高准教师教育实践能力的经验,结合我国小学教师教育改革的实际,创新小学教育专业教育模式。文章对在杭州师范大学进行的小学教育专业教育实践的目标、原则、内容、评价及管理等方面进行了创新性研究。
Practicing teaching is an essential link in pre -job education for the students of normal colleges. The investigation seeks to find out the existing problems in practicing teaehing section in cultivating primary teachers ,including the inadequacy of tutors'guidance to quasi -teachers ;lack of integrating practicing teaching in different periods;vulnerable supporting system from society and quasi - teachers' ignorance of cultivating teaching skills. Accordingly, by using the successful experience at home and abroad, the paper presents irmovative and strategic investigations in terms of the aims, principles, contents, evaluation and management of practicing teaching of primary education speciality based on the empirical study in the Hangzhou Normal University.
