摘要
目的:观察基质效应对钾、钠、氯比色测定结果的影响。方法:用不同基质的校准品分别对钾、钠、氯进行校准,再对同一批临床标本分别进行测定,对检测结果进行差异显著性分析及相关性分析。结果:使用人血清基质的校准品校准和水溶液校准品校准后和钾、钠、氯检测结果具有统计学差异(P<0.01);水溶液校准品校准后的检测结果显著高于血清基质校准品校准后的检测结果,但两种校准方法结果相关性较好。结论:用不同基质的校准品校准仪器,测定电解质钾、钠、氯具有统计学差异,存在非常明显的基质效应。
Objective:To investigate the matrix effect of the detection of K+, Na+, Cl-with colorimetric method.Methods:Calibrate K+, Na+, Cl-with different standard ground substance, detect the same clinical samples, analyze the significant difference and correlation between the different standard substance.Results:The detection of K+, Na+, Cl-has a significant difference between the human serum standard substance for calibration and the water standard substance for calibration (P<0.01), the results of serum standard substance are remarkably higher than those of the water standard substance, the correlation of the two standard substances is very ideal.Conclusion:The use of different standard substance for calibration makes the detection of K+, Na+, Cl-have a statistical significance and an obvious matrix effect.
