山梨醇缩醛成核剂成核机理初探 被引量:1

摘要 利用带有热台的光学显微镜,分别观察并记录山梨醇缩醛成核剂ZC-3在载玻片和聚丙烯薄片上随温度升高所发生的变化,发现ZC-3在载玻片上是熔融过程,而在聚丙烯薄片上是一个溶解过程,进而通过试验证实了山梨醇缩醛类成核剂的成核机理确有溶解过程。 The observation on the change of sorbitol acetal nucleating agent ZC -3 happenned with temperature on slide and PP flake respectively was under taken by using optical microscope with hot - stage. It was found that a fusion process of ZC - 3 on the slide happpened, and a dissolution process on the PP flake was observed. It was confirmed that dissolution process exists in nucleation mechanism of sorbitol acetal class nucleating agents.
