降钙素原的克隆表达及鉴定 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究降钙素原的克隆表达及鉴定,为PCT的功能研究及单抗制备提供有力的实验基础。方法采用多引物人工一步合成基因技术合成降钙素原的全长基因,克隆至原核表达载体PET-20B表达出重组蛋白,将此表达的产物进行Western blot鉴定。结果成功表达降钙素原重组蛋白,Western blot成功鉴定。结论成功表达降钙素原重组蛋白并成功鉴定,为明确降钙素原来源和病理生理作用的研究奠定了基础,为制备其单克隆抗体提供实验材料。
