摘要
目前常采用红外光谱法(FTIR)鉴定混炼硅橡胶成分;采用热重分析法(TGA)测定混炼硅橡胶各组分含量。但TGA方法试验周期较长,不适用于日常工厂生产。笔者通过测定混炼胶中的密度来间接测定混炼胶中硅橡胶含量(简称比重法),同时将TGA法和比重法的检验结果相比较。实验表明,比重法能较准确地检测出混炼胶中硅橡胶的含量,且简单易行、有利于广泛推广;并建议:在检验进厂混炼硅橡胶质量时,用FTIR方法来鉴定混炼橡胶中硅橡胶组分,用比重法检测混炼橡胶中硅橡胶含量。
At present the component of the silicone rubber compound is usually identified by FTIR method, and the content of the silicone rubber compound is usually measured by thermal gravity analysis (TGA) method. But the test period of TGA is long and not suitable to be performed in the routine manufacture. An indirect measurement method on the silicone rubber content was experimented with measuring the specific gravity of the rubber compound (specific gravity method for short), and compared with the test results of TGA method and specific gravity methods, the specific gravity method was proved to be more precisely on measuring the silicone content, and also it is easier to be performed and popularized. Hence, when inspecting the quality of the silicone purchased, the FFIR method is recommended to identify the component of the silicone rubber, and the specific gravity method is recom- mended to measure the content of the silicone rubber.
