摘要
对云南12个烟区、11个烤烟品种的中桔三(C 3F)烟叶化学成分进行分析,结果表明:云南烟区烤烟总糖(均值30.40%)和还原糖(均值25.05%)含量偏高,氯(均值0.26%)和钾(均值1.87%)含量偏低;不同品种和不同地区间化学成分含量差异显著。11个品种和12个烟区的聚类分析结果表明:品种中云烟85和云烟87、K 326和红花大金元、云烟201和云烟203间距离较接近;烟区中楚雄州与红河州、大理与曲靖、普洱与玉溪烟区的距离较为接近。
The components of C3F leaves of 11 flue-cured tobacco cultivars from 12 tobacco regions of Yunnan province were analyzed. The results showed that content of water soluble total sugar (mean 30.40%) and reduced sugar (mean 25.05% ) were too high while that of chlorine (mean 0.26%) and potassium (mean 1.87 %) were too low. The difference in chemical components in tobacco samples among different cultivars and different regions was significant, respectively. The cluster analysis on 11 cultivars showed that the distance between Yunyan 85 and Yunyan 87, K326 and Hongda, Yunyan 201 and Yunyan203 was close, respectively. The cluster analysis on 12 regions showed that the distance between Chuxiong and Honghe, Dali and Qujing, Pu'er and Yuxi was close, respectively.
