介绍了一种由二进制绕组变压器与双向晶闸管构成的交流稳压电路系统，详细叙述了该系统的组成与设计方法。经实践验证，设计方案是实用可行的。
This paper introduces the AC voltagestabilizing circuit system composed of binary winding transformer and bidirectional controlled silicon and narrates in detail its component and designing methods. Practice shows that the designing plan is practical and feasible.
