摘要
辣椒(Capsicum frutescens L.)具有很高的营养价值与保健功能,产品开发潜力巨大。本文综述了国内外对辣椒中功能成分的研究进展并简要介绍了贵州辣椒的产业现状,同时探讨了贵州的辣椒产业的发展策略。
The capsicum has a very high nutritional value and health -care function. Its developmental potential is huge. In this article, the situation of research and exploitation in capsicum is generalized, and a brief introduction to the industrial present situation of Guizhou is given. Simultaneously, the developmental strategy of capsicum industry in Guizhou has been discussed.
