摘要
针对规划设计方案比选中评价因素多、层次复杂的特点,建立综合评价方法,首先用层次分析法确定各功能指标的权重,再利用价值工程基本原理对方案进行综合评定。实例应用证明该综合评价方法的合理性和可操作性。
A comprehensive evaluation method is given for comparing and choosing planning and design program according to many appraising factors and complicated hierarchies. Firstly, the weights of every function index are ascertained by analytical hierarchy process, and then evaluate overall the program according to the principle of value engineering. Finally, an example is given to testify the rationality and operability of this method.
