摘要
采用硅胶、凝胶、反相柱色谱以及制备高效液相色谱等手段,对手参属植物手掌参(Gymnadenia Conopsea R.Br.)块茎中水溶性的化学成分进行分离纯化,运用理化性质测定结合光谱分析鉴定化合物结构,为今后开发含有手掌参块茎成分的保健食品做准备。结果表明:从手掌参块茎的正丁醇层萃取物中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:对羟基苯甲醇((Ⅰ))、香草酸((Ⅱ))、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅲ)、腺嘌呤核苷(Ⅳ)、对甲氧基苯基β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、对甲基苯基β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、对羟基苯基苄基β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)、蔗糖(Ⅷ)。
The hydrosoluble constituents in Gymnadenia Conopsea R.Br. were isolated by column chromatography ,RP-HPLC and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Investigate the chemical constituents in the tuber of Gymnadenia Conopsea R.Br.for studying on the new diasostic food and medicine.Eight structures were identified as p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol ( Ⅰ ), vanillic acid ( Ⅱ ), p -hydroxybenzaldehyde ( Ⅲ ), adenosine ( Ⅳ ), 4-methoxyphenyl β-D -glucopyranoside ( Ⅴ ), 4 - methylphenyl β-D-gluco pyran -oside (Ⅵ), 4-hydroxybenzyl β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅶ), sucrose (Ⅷ).
