摘要
就国内外对多种植物体内花青素对人类健康影响的研究进展作一综述,同时对其研究前景提出自己的观点,以期有助于提高我国花青素研究水平。
Research progress on anthocyanins from a variety of plants influencing on human health at home and abroad were reviewed ,at the same time, my point of view on its prospect to be put forward, to help raise the level of research on anthocyanins in China.
