Relationship between protease activated receptor 2 and cardiovascular system diseases

摘要 蛋白酶激活受体-2(protease activated receptor-2,PAR-2)属于蛋白酶激活受体超家族成员,具有蛋白酶受体家族特异的分子结构与激活方式。PAR-2广泛分布于心血管系统,可被多种蛋白酶激活,产生多种生物学效应,如影响血管的紧张度、促使损伤血管的修复、缩小缺血再灌注心肌的梗死面积等。近年,PAR-2与心血管疾病的关系正受到越来越多的关注。 Protease-activated receptor-2 (PAR-2) is a member of seven transmembrane domain G protein-coupled receptors, and its special molecule structure and activation way are similar to those of other protease-activated receptors. PAR-2 is widely distributed in cardiovascular system and activated by lots of proteases. If activated, it can affect the tensity of vessels, repair blood vessels, reduce myocardial infarct size, and so on. More and more researches are focusing on the relationship between PAR-2 and cardiovascular system diseases.
