摘要
以微波消解分解样品,减少了样品前处理的时间,避免了挥发组分的损失。氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定三氧化二锑中砷含量,系统地研究了微波消解、氢化物发生的最佳条件。在此条件下测定砷,得出该方法的检出限为0.35μg/L,相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为91.2%—100.3%。
Microwave digestion-continuous flow hydride generation with hydrofluoric acid-AFS method was proposed for the determination of As in antimony trioxide. The time of preparing sample was reduced and loss of volatile components were avoided. Working conditions of atomic fluorescence spectrometer, the experimental conditions of microwave digestion-hydride generation were optimized. The detection limit of the method was 0. 35ug/L and the RSD was less than 5%. The recoveries obtained were 91.2%-100.3%.
