作为市场与政府之外的一种中间调节机制,全球非政府组织正在国内、国际事务中发挥着越来越重要的作用。全球非政府组织的兴起有着深刻的社会历史背景和学术背景,我国非政府组织的兴起也有其特殊性。
The global non-governmental organizations(NGO)are playing an increasingly important role in domestic and international affairs as a mechanism of intermediate adjustment outside the market and the government.The emergence of non-governmental organizations has profound social background and academic background.At the same time,the rise of Chinese non-governmental organizations has its particularity.
