摘要
会展场馆的建设和运营需要大量的资金和资源的投入。在目前全球性经济危机和资源短缺的背景下,将循环经济的理念运用到会展场馆的建设和运营各环节中是保证其实现盈利和可持续性发展的关键。通过比较目前国内常见的6种会展场馆的盈利模式,并分析阻碍会展场馆实现盈利的主要因素。提出基于循环经济思想的会展场馆盈利模式,强调将循环经济的减量化、再利用和再循环等"3R"原则运用到会展场馆的设计和建设中,加强场馆的后续开发利用,以及推进区域性会展企业集群的形成和发展是实现会展场馆可持续性盈利的重要途径。
The development of the conference and exhibition industry relies largely on conference and exhibition centers, whose construction and operation require huge amount of capital and resources investment. Facing the current global economic crisis and resources scarcity, it is necessary to induce the concepts of cyclical economy into the construction and business operation of conference and exhibition centers in order to secure profits. In this paper, the author firstly discusses 6 profit modes of the conference and exhibition centers, then points out main factors which impede the profit of the centers. At last, the author stresses that the centers can improve profitability through in- tegrating the “3R” principles of the cyclical economy into their construction and operation, improving after-event exploitation, while forming regional industrial clusters.
