噬菌体微孔纸片法直接检测痰标本中结核分枝杆菌及其耐药性

摘要 为进一步缩短MTB及其耐药性的检测时间，我们采用噬菌体微孔纸片法（简称微孔纸片法）直接检测痰标本中的MTB，同时检测其对异烟肼、链霉素、利福平和乙胺丁醇等4种抗结核药物的耐药性，与传统培养法及经典噬菌体生物扩增法（PhaB）结果进行比较，探讨该方法的临床应用价值。
