噬菌体微孔纸片法直接检测痰标本中结核分枝杆菌及其耐药性

摘要 为进一步缩短MTB及其耐药性的检测时间,我们采用噬菌体微孔纸片法(简称微孔纸片法)直接检测痰标本中的MTB,同时检测其对异烟肼、链霉素、利福平和乙胺丁醇等4种抗结核药物的耐药性,与传统培养法及经典噬菌体生物扩增法(PhaB)结果进行比较,探讨该方法的临床应用价值。
