摘要
研究了土壤温度和湿度对南方根结线虫侵染番茄根部能力的影响。结果表明,在42℃和-15℃处理3 d后可使二龄幼虫丧失侵染能力,在0℃、40℃和土壤含水量20.7%~36.2%时,可有效降低二龄幼虫的侵染能力;当土壤含水量较低时有利于二龄幼虫对番茄根部的侵染;当根结数量较多时根重显著增加,株高下降。
The effects of soil temperature and humidity on the infectivity of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) to tomato root were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the second-stage juvenile could lost infectant ability at 42℃ or -15℃ in 3d in the soil. The next ideal condition to reduce effieiently the infectant ability of second-stage juvenile was at 0℃, 40℃ soil temperature and 20.7%-36.2% water content. The lower water content in soil would helpful to increase the infectant ability of second-stage juvenile. When the root-knot at high number, the root weight were significant increase and plant height reduced.
