摘要
为了研究甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch中的抗肿瘤活性成分。本文利用正相硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层层析、反相制备色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。采用MTT法对从甘草分离到的化合物作小鼠肺腺癌LA795细胞株抗肿瘤活性筛选。从甘草中分离鉴定了甘草西定(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、桦木酸甲酯(3)、6,8-二异戊烯基金雀异黄素(4)、Glisoflavanone(5)五个化合物。化合物3为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、4对小鼠肺腺癌LA795细胞的增殖有一定的抑制作用。
To study the anticancer constituents in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. , the compounds were isolated and purified by means of column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS-HPLC, Pre-TLC. The structures were identified by means of ^1 H and ^13 C NMR. The MTT were applied to test antitumor activities of compounds from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch on adenocarcinoma cell line LA795. Five compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract in the rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Their structures were identified as licoricidin( 1 ) ,/3-sitosterol (2), betulinic acid methyl ester (3) ,5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6,8-diprenylisoflavone(4) and Glisoflavanone(5). Compound 3 was first obtained from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and compounds 1,2 and 4 were found to inhibit the proliferation of adenocarcinoma cell line LA795.
