摘要
本文对１６４例高血压脑出血手术治疗进行分析。结果：恢复良好（生活自理）７４例，中残（部分生活自理）５４例，重残６例，植物性生存１例，死亡２９例，死亡率１７．６％。作者认为：抓紧掌握手术时机。
164 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage under surgical treatment are analysed. Results: After the operation, 74(45%)were excellent or good, 54(33%) were mildly disabled, 6(3.6%)were severely disabled,one patient in still in vegetative stage and 29 cases died. The operative mortality was 17.6%.Conclusion: the authors emphasized that it is the key to grasp the timing of operation and to relieve the compression on the brain tissue as soon as possible.
