摘要
基于病证结合诊疗模式,根据近年中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的文献研究和所开展的临床调查研究结果,结合作者的临床经验,概述了COPD的病机和证候分类,提出了证候的虚证类(肺脾气虚证、肺肾气虚证、肺肾气阴两虚证)、实证类(外寒内饮证、痰热壅肺证、痰湿阻肺证、痰蒙神窍证)、兼证类(血瘀证)三证类八证候,拟订了证候的诊断标准或要点和辨证治疗方案。为制定中医的COPD诊断治疗方案提供依据。
The article outlined the pathogenesis and typing of syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary on the basis of diagnosis and treatment of disease united syndrome and literature research and results of clinical investigation in Chinese medical treatment to chronic obstructive pulmonary in recent years. And that, the article raised asthenia syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary that included asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi syndrome, insufficiency of QI of the lung and kidney syndrome and deficiency of both vital energy and yin syndrome of lung and kidney, sthenia syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary that included exogenous cold - evil and internalization syndrome, phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung syndrome, phlegmatic hygrosis obstructing in the lung syndrome and phlegm clothing mind syndrome and accompanied symptoms and signs of chronic obstructive pulmonary that included syndrome of blood stasis. The article drew up the diagnostic criteria or highlight and plan of treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs of symptom - complex. The results provided basis to formulate chronic obstructive pulmonary plan of diagnosis and treatment.
