摘要
目的:观察乌头汤加味治疗活动性类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:将62例患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予非甾体类抗炎药与慢作用药(DMARDs),治疗组同时给予中药乌头汤加味水煎服;观察临床症状和炎症指标的变化。结果:乌头汤加味对患者病情活动明显改善,包括握力、关节疼痛、步行等肢体活动明显改善,对类风湿因子、血沉、C反应蛋白有良好的改善作用。结论:乌头汤加味对改善关节炎活动期的病情,降低患者活动期炎症指标有良好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of modified Aconiti Decoction to treat reactiveness rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 62 cases were divided into treatment and control group. The two groups were treated in non - steroid anti - inflammatory drugs and slowly effect drugs. The treatment was treated in modified Aconiti Decoction. The clinical symptom and inflammation index were observed in the study. Results： the patient＇s condition was obviously improved, including grasp force, joint pain, walking, rheumatoid factor, erythrosedimentation and C reactive protein. Conclusion： the modified Aconiti Decoction had the effect to improve arthrit pathogenetic condition of active stage and lower inflammation index.
