摘要
本文总结了20例儿童外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术及术后疗效观察。男12例，女8例，均为单眼，年龄为5岁～12岁，伤后时间2天～7个月，术后矫正视力＜0．12例，≥0．1～0．38例，≥0．410例，脱残率为85％。本文还就手术时机、术中及术后并发症原因及处理作了详细讨论，认为儿童外伤性白内障应争取早期手术治疗恢复视功能，白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术为目前有效的治疗方法。
To observe the clinied effect in 20 cases of childre's traumatic cataract which were performed cataract extration and IOL implantation. It were also discussed the surgical indications, the causes of complications and the treatments of complications in the operation and postoperation.Result:Corrected visual after surgery lower 0. 1 2 cases, abave 0. 1 or better to 0.3 9 cases, above 0.4 or better 10 cases,the rate out of clefor mity is 85%. Conclusion: Children's traumatic cataract required an early surgery to regain practical visual, cataract extration and Iol implantation is a validity method.
