摘要
结合工程实践,对商品住宅分户验收制度实施后显现的优点进行了阐述,分析了现阶段商品住宅分户验收执行过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了建议,以促进分户验收制度的推行。
By combining with project practice, the paper illustrates the advantages after the implementation of the minute household system in commercial residence, analyzes problems in the implementing process of the minute household system in recent commercial residential buildings, and points out some suggestions, so as to enhance the implementation of the minute household system.
