摘要
[目的]总结后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的围术期护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析48例后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均手术成功;术后无一例发生高碳酸血症,3例出现皮下气肿,均未出现伤口渗血;住院时间平均为7d。[结论]加强后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的围术期护理是手术成功的重要保证。
Objective： It summarized perioperative nursing measures of patients undergoing posterior laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Methods： Clinical data of 48 patients undergoing posterior laparoscopic adrenalectomy was analyzed retrospectively. Results： All operations of patients in this group have succeeded. There was no hypercapnemia happened after operation. Three cases complicated postoperative subcutaneous emphysema. However, no wound errhysis happened. The average length of hospital stay of all patients was 7 days. Conclusion： To strengthen perioperative nursing for patients is important for successful posterior laparoscopic adrenalectomy.
