摘要
目的分析鼻部手术后发生眼部并发症的原因,根据原因采取针对性护理措施,从而减轻患者不适,促进早日康复。方法对270例鼻部手术患者进行回顾性分析。结果鼻部手术后并发眼部症状者46例,发生率为17.3%。其中全麻手术眼部并发症状发生32例,局麻发生14例,采取凡士林填塞发生眼部并发症39例,膨胀海绵填塞者发生眼部并发症有7例。结论采取针对性预防护理措施,有效减轻或防止眼部并发症,减少患者不适,促进了患者康复。
Objective To analyze the cause of ocular complications after nasal operation, take corresponding nursing measures according to the causes so as to decrease the discomfort of the patients and recover early. Methods 720 patients with nasal operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results 46 patients （17.3%） had the ocular symptoms after nasal operation. The ocular complications occurred in 32 cases after operation under general anesthesia; 14 cases under local anesthesia. The ocular complications occurred in 39 cases when Vaseline as nasal packing material for nasal operation, then there was 7 cases expansive sponge as packing material. Conclusion Carrying out the corresponding nursing measures can effectively reduce or prevent the incidence of ocular complications, decrease the discomfort and promote recovery of the patients
