Testing Study on the Defects of Polyurethane Foam Molding of Automobile Seat

摘要 汽车座椅泡沫聚氨酯软泡出现的浇注量不足及塌泡是影响制品质量的两个主要缺陷。分析了这两种缺陷产生的原因,并对其防止方法进行了研究。结果表明:这两种缺陷主要与配方设计,压力-流速控制及浇注路线等因素有关。通过理论分析、降低水的含量、异氰酸酯的指数和硅油的含量,并通过优化原料配方,最终生产出了质量合格的汽车座椅泡沫制品。 The lack of moulding quantity and concave foam are the two important defects of influencing the quality of automobile seat made by the flexible polyurethane foam. The reasons of pro- ducing the defects are analyzed and the methods of defending them are discussed. The result shows that the defects are relative with the design formulation, pressure-flow control and route of moulding and so on. According to the theoretical analysis, optimizing formulation by decreasing the dosage of water, the index of TDI, the content of Silicone surfactant, the regular automobile seat is produced ultimately.
