摘要
[目的]分析营口市肾综合征出血热（HFRS）的流行规律，为预防和控制HFRS的发生提供科学依据。[方法]对营口市2003-2007年HFRS资料进行分析。[结果]营口市2003-2007年合计发生HFRS病人563例．年均发病率为5．66／10万，死亡4例。年发病率（／10万）．2003年为2．36，2004年为7．95，2005年为8．02，2006年为4．42．2007年为2．01。年均发病率（／10万），站前区为3．83．西市区为3．28，老边区为7．02，鲅鱼圈区为21．07，大石桥市为3．93．盖州市为3．45。563例HFRS病例中，男性占79．75％，20～39岁占45．29％，农民占55．77％；3～6月合计发病297例（占52．75％）。捕获家鼠1023只，均为褐家鼠；检测褐家鼠肺1023份．HFRS病毒抗原阳性的65份，带毒率为6．35％。[结论]营口市HFRS发病呈明显的春峰型．男性青壮年农民是HFRS的高发人群。
[Objective]To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of epidemic hemorrhagic fever（HFRS） in Yingkou,provide scientific hasis for HFRS prevention and control. [Methods]Data of epidemic hemorrhagic fever（HFRS） in Yingkou from 2003 to2007 were analyzed, [Results]563 HFRS cases were reported from 2003 to 2007 in Yingkou city,the average annual incidence rate was 5.66/100 000 and 4 cases died. Annual incidence rate was 2.36/100 000,7.95/100 000, 8.02/100 000,4. 42/100 000 and 2. 01/100 000 in 2003,2004,2005,2006 and 2007 respectively. The average annual incidence rate was 3.83/100 000,3.28/100 000,7.02/100 000,21.07/100 000,3.93/100 000 and 3.45/100 000 respectively in Zhanqian, Xishi, Laobian,Bayujuan District and Dashiqiao and Gaizhou city. Of the 563 HFRS cases, male cases accounted for 79.75 %,the people aged from 20 to 39 accounted for 45.29%, farmers accounted for 55.77 %. 297 cases were reported from March to June, accounting for 52.75 %. 1 023 house rats were captured, all of them were Rattus norvegicus. 1 023 lung samples of Rattus norvegicus were tested,65 of them were positive for HFRS virus antigen and the virus carrier rate was 6.35 %. [Conclusion]The peak of the prevalence of HFRS in Yingkou was in Spring.young and middle-aged male farmers were the high-risk group of HFRS.
