摘要
采用高效液相色谱法，以Ｓｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂ－ＮＨ２色谱柱和ＷａｔｅｒｓＲ４０１示差折光检测器对异麦芽低聚糖中各组分进行快速地分离测定。分析结果表明，分离效果良好，样品中异麦芽低聚糖含量达６０％以上。
Isomaltooligosaccharide is produced from starch by enzymatic coversion,transglycosylation and purification. Isomaltooligosaccharide is used as less sweet taste and low calorie sweetener. It is effective for the growth of Bifidobacteria and beneficial in preventing dental caries. It also enhances immunity of human body. This method is used to analyze the sugar composition by HPLC with column of Spherisorb NH 2 300mm×5mm i.d. and Waters R401 differential refractometer. The results indicate that separation effect is satisfactory.The sample prepared in our laboratory contains above 60% isomaltooligosaccharide. This method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for analysing the composition of isomaltooligosaccharide in study and production.
