摘要
[目的]研究不同水分条件对鲁麦23灌浆期生理生化特征的影响。[方法]以鲁麦23为试验材料,在正常浇水(4水,底墒水、冬水、拔节水、灌浆水)和干旱处理(1水,底墒水)2种栽培条件下,测定鲁麦23灌浆期水势、AGPase、SSS和SOD活性等各项生理生化指标。[结果]正常处理下,鲁麦23旗叶的脯氨酸含量、光合速率、籽粒蔗糖含量、淀粉合成酶活性以及抗衰老酶活性均高于干旱处理;干旱处理下,旗叶游离脯氨酸含量高于正常处理,旗叶水势、渗透势均低于正常处理,说明干旱胁迫破坏小麦旗叶正常生理生化过程,导致有机物合成受阻,加快衰老进程,从而造成产量降低。[结论]该研究为深入了解干旱胁迫下小麦生长发育特征提供了理论依据。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the effect of different water conditions on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Lumai 23 during its grain-filling stage. [ Method] With Lumai 23 as tested materials, the various physiological and biochemical indexes such as water potential, AGPase, SSS and SOD activity in Lumai 23 were determined during its grain-filling stage under 2 kinds of cultivation conditions, in which, one was normally watering ( watering for 4 times : soil moisture watering, winter watering, jointing watering, filling watering) and another was drought treatment (watering for 4 times: soil moisture watering). [ Reshlt] In normal treatment, the proline content in flag leaf, photosynthetic rate, sucrose content in grain, starch synthase activity and anti-aging enzyme activities of Lumai 23 were higher than that in drought treatment; in drought treatment, the free proline content in flag leaf was higher than that in normal treatment, water potential and osmotic potential in flag leaf were lower than that in normal treatment, which indicated that drought stress damaged the normal physiological and biochemical processes of wheat flag leaf, led to the disruption of organic synthesis and accelerated the aging process, so that the yield was decreased. [ Conclusion ] The study provided a theoretical basis for deeply understanding the growth and development characteristics of wheat under drought stress.
