摘要
目的了解门诊患者退药原因,寻求改进措施。方法对2008年1月至6月医院门诊药局431份患者退药资料进行统计分析。结果退药的主要原因为药物不良反应,其次为患者自身原因和医务人员的原因。结论临床退药现象不可避免,但应采取措施规范职业道德、提高业务水平、加强医患和医药沟通,降低退药率,提高合理用药水平。
Objective To find the reasons of return drugs for trying to get the improvement and raise the patient satisfaction. Methods 431 cases of return drugs in the department of outpatient pharmacy from Jan. 2008 to Jun. 2008 were statistically analyzed. Results The main reason for the return drugs was the adverse reaction, the second was the problems from patients and doctors. Conclusion It is difficult to avoid return drugs phenomenon completely. But we can lower the rate of return drugs and increase the level of rational drug use on the whole through standardizing professional morality, improving work level, closing the relation and communication between the doctors and patients.
