摘要
通过硬度测试和磨损试验,研究了碳化钒覆层前后Cr12MoV表面的硬度和耐磨性的变化,分析了表面覆层磨损机制。结果表明,硬度和耐磨性均有明显提高,其磨损机制为疲劳剥落磨损。
According to hardness test and wear test, the changing of hardness and abrasion resistance of vanadium carbide coating on Crl2MoV steel is discussed.And the wear mechanisms of coating is analysed. The results show that the hardness and abrasion resistance are increased obviously. Lastly, the wear mechanism is fatigue wear destroy.
