摘要
非体外循环冠脉搭桥术对治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是一个重大的进步，当前对麻醉师又是一个重大的挑战，许多方面包括仔细的准备、术中监测、温度的维持、药物的合理使用、保持血流动力学的稳定、心肌保护、提供最佳的手术条件、术后镇痛、早期拔管目标是围术期管理的重要部分。本文主要就这几方面进行综述。
Off-pump cornary artery bypass grafting has made progress in treating coronary artery disease patients. It demands more requirements for anesthesiologists. They are taken as an important part of perioperarive management. Such as good preparations, intraoperative monitor, Maintain temperature, drugs application, Maintain hemodynamic stability, myocardial protective, giving the best surgery conditiong, postoperative patient-controlled and early extubation, this rview focuses on these aspects.
