摘要
以东华大学2001年从事科技查新以来受理的科技查新为样本进行了需求分析,针对目前科技查新特征提出了以科技查新档案为切入点开展个性化增值服务,如竞争情报、专题情报、研究方向及趋势分析并与相关企业建立联系,逐渐使被动的科技查新服务转变为主动,进而与国际信息咨询服务业接轨。
Analysis on Sci - tech novelty search demands was conducted regarding novelty search center of Donghua university as a sample. Taking sei - tech novelty searching archival information resources as point of cut - in to develop individualized value - added service, the competitive intelligence, monographic information service, research status and trend and building relationship between center and relative enterprises were carried out according to the features of S & T novelty search. Thus the active services will realize and be in line with international information consulting service.
