摘要
目的:探讨超声诊断对急性阑尾炎外科治疗的指导意义。方法:回顾性分析46例经外科证实的急性阑尾炎病人,对症状典型者B超图像特征与术中所见进行分析。结果:根据声像图表现及术中所见:急性单纯性阑尾炎10例;急性化脓性阑尾炎22例;急性坏疽性阑尾炎5例;阑尾周围脓肿9例;结论:超声检查可以对大多数急性阑尾炎做出及时正确诊断,对急性阑尾炎治疗时机及治疗方案的选择具有重要的指导意义。
Objective： To evaluate the guiding significance of ultrasound diagnosis in surgical treatment. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 46 cases of acute appendicitis which had been surgically proven and comparison of the ultra-B image characteristics of typical symptoms with the intraoperative findings were made. Resuits：According to the the imaging and intraoperative findings,there were 10 cases of simple acute appdicitis, 22 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis, 5 cases of acute gangrenous appendicitis and 9 cases of periappendiceal abscess. Conclusion：Uhrasound can make the diagnosis of most cases of acute appendicitis timely and correct, having great guiding significance in choosing treatment time and plan in acute appendicitis.
