摘要
综述碳纳米管(CNTs)、碳纳米管基聚合物的研究意义及现状,提出碳纳米管基聚合物的制备方法并取得初步成果。指出:制备碳纳米管基阻尼材料过程中存在的主要问题是CNTs在基体中的分散与基体的界面结合;在宽工作温度区间和宽频带范围高阻尼材料的制备方法上有待突破。
The status of carbon nanotubes and preparation methods of carbon nanotube-damping materials are introduced. This paper also focuses on damping material' s applications in automobile industry, architecture, naval vessel industry, aero-space industry, electronic mechanical equipment and in daily life. The problems in the preparation of carbon nanotube-damping materials are how to disperse carbon nanotubes in matrices and their bonding with matrices. The current status problem is that the preparation method in wide temperature range and scope of broadband high-damping materials needs some breakthrough.
