摘要
利用热带假丝酵母治理木薯淀粉酒精废液,以COD值的去除率为指标,探索不同条件对治理效果的影响,小试及中试实验表明:调节处理液BOD5∶N∶P比为100∶1∶0.2,其中N或P不足需在废液中添加尿素或磷酸盐,调节接种pH值为5.3,温度30℃,溶氧DO值3mg/mL,接种量1‰,可以在约100h内使COD值由3×104mg/L~4×104mg/L降至2000mg/L以下,且废液的色值有明显的降低。
The treatment conditions of Candida tropicalis in cassava-starch-alcohol wastewater was studied, using COD-removal ratio as evaluation index. The results indicated that optimal parameters were as follows: BOD5 : N : P = 100:1:0.2, adding some urea or phosphate ifN or P short, pH val- ue 5.3, temerature 30℃, DO value 3 mg/mL, the inoculum 1‰. Under the optimal condition, COD value reduced from 3×10^4 mg/L-4×10^4 mg/L to less than 2000mg/L within 100 h, and the chromaticity value of the wastewater was obviously reduced.
