摘要
通过建立某边梁式车架的有限元模型,分析计算在自由状态下该车架的振动模态,并以其一阶模态频率为约束条件,进行焊点的优化布置分析,为该类型边梁式车架动态特性分析、结构设计以及焊点布置提供方法和理论依据。
In this paper, a finite element analysis model is built for a kind of fringe - beam frame. According to it, the normal modes of the frame is calculated using FEA method, and the location of weld points are optimized in condition of keeping the first modal frequency of the frame, the result provides approach and theory reference for structure design and weld points collocation of the kind of frame.
