摘要
为了对某武器系统的仿真单体进行分析,设计了CAN总线数据采集系统。该系统采用上下位机的结构形式,通过以太网通信,操作简单方便。主要介绍了上下位机的软硬件设计。上位机为一台运行客户端应用程序的笔记本电脑。下位机作为整个系统设计的关键,其硬件选用技术成熟的PC104产品,缩短了开发周期,软件设计基于VxWorks实时操作系统,以提高编程效率,保证系统的实时性和可靠性。实际使用表明,该采集系统运行稳定可靠,采集数据完整,选用VxWorks操作系统可以弥补以往设计中的不足。
In order to analyze the simulation device of a type of weapon system, the CAN data acquisition system was designed. The system was composed of upper computer and lower computer. By means of Ethernet communication, its operation is simple and convenient. Software and hardware of upper and lower computers were mainly described. The upper computer is a notebook PC. As a key part of whole system design, the lower computer makes use of PC104 module which hardware technique is mature. The development time was shortened because of the system design. VxWorks embedded real-time operation system was used in software design of data acquisition system so as to improve program effectiveness and ensure real-time responsibility and reliability. The operational results showed that the operation of CAN data acquisition system is stable and reliable, and data acquisition is complete. By use of VxWorks operation system, the shortages in the former design were overcomed.
