摘要
目的对比分析标准化命题与常规命题在医学生考试中优缺点.方法对昆明医学院2004级临床医学专业250名学生《内科学》分别进行标准化命题和常规命题考试,通过对两种考试进行试卷分析和成绩分析,对比标准化命题与常规命题在医学生考试中的优缺点.结果标准化命题试卷的难度为0.75,区分度为0.35,信度为0.65,成绩分布为正态分布.常规命题试卷难度为0.76,区分度为0.1,信度为0.1,成绩分布为正态分布.结论在难度相近的情况下,标准化命题试卷的区分度、信度、可靠系数都优于常规命题试卷.
Objective To analyze and compare the advantage and shortage of the standardized test and general test in medical students. Methods Standardized test and general test were performed in 250 clinical students of Kunming medical college .After analyzing the scores and test papers of these two tests. We compared the advantage and shortage of the standardized test and general test in medical students. Results The diffieulty of the standardized test was 0.75 ; discrminability was 0.35, reliability was 0.5. The difficulty of the general test was 0.76, discrminability was 0.1, reliability was 0.1. Conclusion Under the same difficulty, the discrminability, reliability of the standardized test is better than the general test.
