摘要
研究了UV和Mn2+协同催化H2O2(UV/Mn2+-H2O2)降解染料活性艳红X-3B的过程。结果表明,X-3B在UV/Mn2+-H2O2中的降解速率达0.0984min-1,是Mn2+催化H2O2和UV催化H2O2速率之和的3.0倍,协同催化作用加速了·OH对废水的降解。对初始质量浓度为150mg·L-1的X-3B溶液,初始pH为4、MnSO4及H2O2的投加量分别为2和10mmol·L-1,反应60min后,脱色率达到100%,而该条件下染料的极限降解量为294mg·L-1。UV-vis光谱分析发现X-3B在可见光区的吸收几乎完全消失,在211nm处产生新吸收峰,说明降解过程产生了新的中间产物。
The degradation of dye X-3B by the H2O2 of Syncatalytic Decomposition based on UV/Mn^2+ (UV/Mn^2+ -H2O2) was investigated. The results showed that the degradation rate of UV/Mn^2+ -H2O2 process reached 0.098 4 min^-1, which was 3.0 times higher than the combination of H2O2/Mn^2+ and UV/H2O2 For 150 mg·L^-1 X-3B, on the best condition of the initial pH value was 4, the dosage of Mn^2+ and H2O2 were 2 mmol·L^-1 and 10 mmol·L^-1, respectively, the removal efficiency was 100% within 60 min. In this condition, the ultimate concentration of degradation was 294 mg·L^-1. The temporal change of UV-vis spectrum also indicated that an almost complete disappearance at visible absorption region, while a new absorption peak at 211 nm appeared at UV region.
