摘要
目的:比较不同产地的浙贝母中总生物碱的含量。方法:采用酸性染料比色法测定浙贝母的总生物碱的含量,测定波长为412nm。结果:浙贝母总生物碱在1.84～6.44mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率99.86%,RSD为2.12%。结论:该方法操作方便,结果准确,可以对浙贝母的质量控制提供参考。
Objective：To compare with in different habitat Fritillaria thunbergii Miq total alkaloid content. Methods： Acid dye colorimetrythe was used to determination the content of the total alkaloid and the wave length is 412nm. Results： The Fritillaria thunbergii Miq total alkaloid the linear relationship is good between the 1.84 - 6. 44m/L density scope, average returns-ratio 99. 86% ,RSD is 2. 12%. Conclusion ：This method ease of operation, the result is accurate, may provide the reference to Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. quality control.
