摘要
研制了具有协同效应的复合抗静电剂配方,母料中抗静电剂含量为10%以上;使用该母料的专用料加工过程中不仅母料用量可减少,而且产品的加工工艺稳定;专用料的力学性能稳定。能使专用料表面电阻率(ρS)长短期都达到较低值的母粒用量为3.9%。
Composite anti-static master-batch with synergistic effect was developed which contains over 10% anti-static agent. Less amount of the master-batch is needed in the preparation of the specified anti-static material and the process-ability of the material is also improved. The mechanical properties of the special material also remain stable with less reduction. The optimal using amount of the master-batch 3.9% can ensure the required low surface resistivity (ρs) both for short-term and long-term.
